Harris Preston & Partners, LLC is a private investment firm specializing in strategic partnerships with leading private equity sponsors in the lower middle market, with a primary focus on co-investing alongside these sponsors.

Since 2006, HPP has successfully launched four investment programs, each comprised of a fund and the direct co-investment opportunities generated by that fund. Through these programs, HPP’s limited partners commit capital to the fund and maintain discretion with regard to each direct co-investment opportunity generated by the fund. HPP maintains relationships with ~40 private equity sponsors and has generated more than 170 co-investment opportunities to date.
